How we maintain our machines

Maintenance is the difference between a machine that lasts ten years and one that gives up after two. This is our fixed ritual, every single time.

Our maintenance ritual

  1. Check the cooling — dust off the condenser and log temperatures.

  2. Test the mechanics — every spiral and lift runs a full test round.

  3. Inspect the payment system — coin validator, bill reader and card terminal.

  4. Clean and finish — inside and out, until it looks like new.

Small parts, big difference

Most breakdowns come from small things: a worn coin validator or a loose connector. All payment systems talk to the machine via the MDB protocol — so we can swap faulty modules quickly.

  • We replace worn spirals preventively.

  • LED lighting instead of fluorescent: more efficient and brighter.

  • Seals and hinges get a check at every service.

A well-maintained machine pays for itself twice over.
